Important: These Terms govern your use of PowerShift Tech Inc.’s GoHighLevel platform, marketing, and communication services. By submitting a form or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of all PowerShift Tech services.

2. Services Provided

PowerShift Tech Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides:

All services are subject to active payment, compliance with these Terms, and responsible use of the platform.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for all services, including setup fees, platform access, and marketing packages, will be determined according to the agreed-upon pricing agreement between PowerShift Tech Inc. and the Client. Payments are due in accordance with the invoicing schedule defined in that agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Marketing Content and Approval

All marketing campaigns, advertisements, and creative materials must be reviewed and approved by the Client before publication. PowerShift Tech will not distribute any content without written consent.

6. Data and Platform Use

You agree to use the GoHighLevel platform responsibly, in accordance with both these Terms and GoHighLevel’s own policies. PowerShift Tech reserves the right to suspend access for misuse or violation of law.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

PowerShift Tech does not guarantee specific marketing results such as lead volume, revenue, or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the event causing the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, services will be paused and you will retain access through the end of the billing cycle. PowerShift Tech will provide reasonable support for data export within 60 days.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business information shared during this engagement. Confidential data will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, under the exclusive jurisdiction of Sheridan County courts. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation or arbitration if necessary.

12. Updates and Modifications

PowerShift Tech may update these Terms periodically to reflect service or policy changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
